By signing up and checking the terms and conditions box on our page, you agree to all terms and conditions. Any communication against our policies will be directed back to this text. 

 

*If you do not agree to our terms and conditions – we ask that you do not enroll into our Clinic/Camp. 

 

Refund Policy: We have a clear no refund policy on all sales in place. All sales are final once you sign up. Under no circumstance do we offer refunds; we will not make exemptions. This may include Covid, weather, injury, sickness, and/or travel game-scheduling conflict.

 

Missed Session Policy: Regardless of the reason or circumstance, there are no make-ups or credits to any other clinic/camp of the program for not attending the session, program, or clinic you invested for on this page. Your payment cannot be used as credit for anything else. If you do not use it, you will forfeit the session.

 

Early Arrival Policy: Players are expected to arrive 15 minutes before clinic/camp starting time to ensure a smooth start. 

 

Parent/Spectator Conduct: I understand that I will not pressure my child or yell from the sidelines. We train in a “non-pressured” environment.” Parents are not allowed to speak with athletes till after the training session unless there is an emergency. We want to keep our athletes focused. 

 

Rainout/Weather Policy: CA Training Academy will determine if clinics/camps are canceled due to bad weather or the field being “too wet” during the scheduled session. Parents do not decide. We will always check field conditions before the session and communicate via text message if there is a cancellation. If the clinic is canceled due to bad weather, you will receive a credit for a future clinic. We will not provide a refund.

 

Liability Policy: I understand (according to Coach Antonella’s liability release form) that CA Training Academy LLC, Coach Antonella, and any assistant coaches for CA Training Academy are not liable for any injuries.

 

Program Alterations: Coach Antonella reserves the right to make changes to any program at any time under her discretion.
