Antonella is a former professional soccer player and founder of Coach Antonella Training Academy LLC. Antonella was part of the first Puerto Rican National Team to make it to the CONCACAF Pre-Olympic qualifying round, and also played for Lander University and Barry University where she won 3 SSC Conference Titles. In 2014, Antonella was awarded "Best of the Best Leadership Finalist" from Futbol Mundial Magazine. She currently holds two coaching licenses: U.S Federation License E and Positive Coaching Alliance. Coach Antonella earned her Bachelor's in Sports, Exercise, and Performance Psychology from Barry University. Antonella uses this diverse experience to build customized, world-class trainings for each of her athletes.
