COACH ANTONELLA
Antonella is a former professional soccer player and the founder of CA Training Academy LLC. She was part of the pioneering Puerto Rican National Team that reached the CONCACAF Pre-Olympic qualifying round. Antonella also played for Lander University and Barry University, where she secured 3 SSC Conference Titles. In 2012, she represented Florida on the Olympic Development Program roster. In 2014, she was named a "Best of the Best Leadership Finalist" by Futbol Mundial Magazine. She holds U.S. Federation License E and Positive Coaching Alliance certifications. Antonella earned her Bachelor's in Sports, Exercise, and Performance Psychology from Barry University and applies her extensive experience to create customized, world-class training for each athlete.

COACH MARIA
Coach Maria brings over 17 years of coaching experience and a deep passion for player development. She is currently the head coach of the Pinecrest Premier SC 2016 White Girls team, where she focuses on building strong technical foundations in young players.
A true veteran of the game, Maria has coached at well-respected programs including Gulliver Academy and Lions FC, earning a reputation for her attention to detail, individual skill development, and ability to connect with players on and off the field. Her coaching style is patient yet demanding—perfectly aligned with CA Training Academy’s values of discipline, consistency, and high performance.
Coach Maria is dedicated to helping players build confidence, master technique, and develop the aggressive mindset needed to succeed in competitive soccer.
